Please shed some light of you will...how do you respond and then how should you respond?
The setting:
You spend the days at home home for the most part. Struggling to stay awake and I of your surroundings because you see you have this thing called narcolepsy. There is no fast or simple way to explain narcolepsy. It is mostly a curse and destroyer in ones life.
You home school your oldest, who of late has been in an awful funk of horrid-ness, as well as occupying the time and ENERGY of a rowdy 2.5 year old. Not to mention the never ending supply of messes to clean, laundry to do, and dishes to wash.
Specific scenario:
A particularly interesting day. You actually have the ability to wake up at 8:30am. You make your way into the living room and kitchen to finish the clean up job left undone from the night before....oh who am I kidding? Your house is always a mess. So really you knew a small kid was coming and you don't want them to die b because they got into something they shouldn't..... Dishes are working through, laundry is going fine then the children wake up. There is some argument from the two little angels- said with the utmost sarcasm- as they wake up but for the most pay things are running smoothly. Small child previously mention finally arrives and she was had a good time with my children. My day dragged on and on. Fighting children and frustration, then calmness and obedience but of course things gotta happen. Closer to 5 oclock, I leave the house...
Fast forward:
I walk out off the house and get info the car. Heading home can be boring but this time...no sleepiness nor issues with falling asleep at the wheel. Home safe and sound discussion ensues......here it is folks
K broke her cup. How? She had it in her bag to take with her and lost her grip. BANG BOOM it shattered.
Statement one: Well it should have just stayed here.
Statement two: She isn't easy [with things]
Statement three: It isn't a toy.
How do you respond?
